  • From every corner plot company will cut 10ft land.
  • 20 Feet wide Metal Road is available within the project area.
  • Electricity will be of WBSEBE.
  • The nature of the land is high land.
  • Evrery 20 plots company will provide 1 deep tube well.
  • If any of the customer faces any kind of harassment from local people company will look after that.Our Company will provide 10 Kattah land for Mandir, 10 Kattah for Masjid, 10 Kattah for girja, 20 Kattah for play ground, 40 Kattah for pukur, 60 Kattah for market, 3 Kattah for children park, 3 Kattah for old persons sitting, 20 Kattah for kaborsthan, 1bigha for hospital, 1bigha for school with in the project area.
  • If any customer want to registry their plot immediately, we can arrange it with 3 days.
  • If customers want to appoint their own advocate then Company will not responsible for any legal side, Mutation conversion etc. or other legal affairs.
  • 720 sq. ft. = 1 Kattah.
  • Pick Up & Drop Service Available. ( 9AM to 5PM Friday Closed )
  • N.B. For Corner Plot Rate 15% more than Total Price. If any body buy only 2 Kattah of corner plot charges 30% extra.
